Per the Florida HOSA, Inc. Board of Directors’ policy, there will be NO cancellations or refunds after the September 25th registration deadline. All names in the registration system after it automatically closes on September 25th must be paid for (no exceptions). Substitutions for Welcome Back Rally registration can be made through Thursday, October 3rd.
Florida HOSA invites all prospective and current HOSA members and advisors to join us for our first in-person Welcome Back Rally (WBR) hosted by the defending
STANLEY CUP CHAMPION
FLORIDA PANTHERS!
at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, FL on October 17th starting at 1:00 p.m.
Registration Check-in: 1:00 pm
WBR Time: 1:45 – 5:00 pm
Gates for Game: 6:00 pm

HOSA information, guidance, and activities will be presented, along with an Exclusive Arena Tour and Interactive Executive Panel, with the option to purchase tickets for the evening hockey game (see Panthers link below).
Registration Fee: $10 per person***
Online Registration Deadline (through HOSA website): September 16th EXTENDED TO SEPTEMBER 25th!
Payment and forms RECEIVED in the State Office by October 3rd.
Dress code is business casual. Please dress appropriately. Meals will not be provided by Florida HOSA.
