HOSA’s International Leadership Conference (ILC) is the highlight of the year for every HOSA member and advisor, and includes:

• • • Competitive events focused on leadership, professional, and technical skills
    • The annual business of the international student organization of HOSA by the voting delegates
    • Educational seminars, workshops, and exhibits presented by professional partners that provide information about current healthcare issues
    • An opportunity to meet people from across the globe with similar career goals
    • Exciting general sessions providing recognition and opportunity for all HOSA members

Florida HOSA’s ILC registration deadlines are as followed:
         May 1st by 11:59pm EST – Registration deadline for 1st – 3rd place competitors
         May 6th by 11:59pm EST – Registration deadline for 4th place competitors
         May 9th by 11:59pm EST – Registration deadline for 5th place competitors and all other non-competing attendees (advisors, chaperones,                                                                guest/family, etc.)
         May 19th – Postmark deadline for ILC forms and payment

Each school’s ILC checklist, registration summary, and school check/money order (personal checks and credit cards are NOT accepted) must be sent to the Florida HOSA State Office (do NOT send payment to Global/National HOSA in Southlake, TX) so that it has a postmark of May 19^th or before.  Code of Conduct and Medical Liability Release forms are accessible for downloading by clicking on the “ILC Required Forms and Submission” box below.  Once completed, the advisor must upload the forms as one PDF file using the link below by May 15^th, with the advisor/chaperone keeping a copy for their records to bring to the ILC.

HOSA Digital Upload System for Competitive Events:   REMEMBER – Appointment times will NOT be assigned to any competitor/team missing a required digital upload by the May 15^th deadline.  You will not be able to compete at ILC without the digital upload submitted by May 15^th.  Click on the “Digital Upload Instructions” box below for a list of the events which require a digital upload and instructions on uploading.
