**SLC HOTEL UPDATE**: As of January 29th, the Florida HOSA SLC 2025 hotel room block at the Marriott Orlando World Center (MOWC) is full.  Florida HOSA has two overflow properties at the Marriott Village Orlando: The Courtyard Marriott Village (8623 Vineland Ave, Orlando, FL 32821) & the Fairfield Inn Marriott Village (8623 Vineland Ave, Orlando, FL 32821).  As a reminder, Florida HOSA, Inc.’s Board of Directors and general liability insurance policies both require all conference attendees to stay at the conference-approved hotels in the contracted hotel room blocks, which this year is at the MOWC and the Marriott Village Orlando as the overflow.  This is to guarantee the safety of the students, as well as guarantee that Florida HOSA can meet the contract requirements necessary to have a successful State Leadership Conference.  The overflow hotel contracted room rate is $159; this includes free shuttle transportation to the MOWC, which will be provided during the entire duration of the conference.  The cut-off date for the contracted room rate is March 5th; all overflow hotel rooms need to be reserved through UES by March 5^th.  To book your rooms, or for any overflow hotel questions, please contact our housing partner, Unified Event Solutions at 512-379-8781 (10am-6pm, Monday through Friday) or at FLHOSA@unified-es.com.

SLC 2025 will convene at the Marriott Orlando World Center April 3^rd – 6^th.  We are anticipating about 4,000 members attending to take part in exciting General Sessions, rigorous competitive events, and interactive leadership workshops!

It is Florida HOSA, Inc.’s policy that ALL HOSA members attending SLC MUST be accompanied by their Chapter Advisor (and/or school-approved chaperone) and stay at the approved conference hotels (the Marriott Orlando World Center and the Marriott Village Orlando) for the duration of the conference (beginning Thursday, April 3^rd at 5pm through Sunday, April 6^th).  Florida HOSA does not approve or sanction a person missing any part of the conference.

Please take note that digital pre-conference uploads for regular competitive events WILL NOT BE USED to submit designated items for the SLC this year!  Please be sure you and your competitors review the specific event guideline, the Important Deadlines document, and read the items below for more SLC information.

Exhibitors: From 9am – 4pm on Friday, April 4^th, we will have Exhibitor Day at the Florida HOSA SLC.  During this time, our advisors and members will be able to meet with Florida HOSA’s expo participants from Health Care Industry, Publishers, Colleges and more.  If you are interested in reserving a space, please download the Sponsorship Levels and Policy, as well as the Expo Sponsorship Registration Form, and send the completed form to the Florida HOSA State Office so it is received on or before February 3^rd.
